Privacy Policy
Yume TV: Recipe keeps your saved recipes and notes on your device. This page explains what the app may access locally, what never leaves your phone, and how data related to this website is handled.
Effective date · July 1, 2026
- No account to start cooking Open a recipe, save a dish, or build a shopping list — Yume TV: Recipe works without email, password, or social login standing between you and your next meal.
- Your cookbook stays private Saved recipes, ingredient notes, and meal plans are never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build a behavioral profile around your eating habits.
- Minimal by design We collect only what keeps Yume TV: Recipe reliable. The app does not track your location or fingerprint your device for targeted advertising.
What this policy covers
This document applies to the Yume TV: Recipe iOS application distributed through the app store and the informational pages hosted on this domain. It governs anyone who installs the app or reads content here.
Information the app uses
Yume TV: Recipe does not require your legal name, email, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment details to function.
Recipes you save, cooking notes you add, and meal plans you draft remain on your phone. Your personal cookbook is not uploaded to our servers for analytics, profiling, or resale.
When the app loads shared content — onboarding screens, recipe categories, cooking tips — it may request public endpoints on this site. Those responses carry generic copy only; nothing from your private cookbook is ever sent back.
Device permissions
Yume TV: Recipe may request notification access so you can receive reminders for meal prep or timers you chose to enable.
Camera or photo library access appears only when you attach a photo of a finished dish or save a recipe card image. Microphone, contacts, and precise location are not requested unless a future version clearly needs them and this policy is updated accordingly.
Basic storage and network permissions let the app run and fetch optional recipe template updates. Crash reports routed through the platform store follow that store's own privacy rules.
Third-party services
Hosting infrastructure keeps this policy page and public API routes available. Providers may retain server logs for security and uptime under their separate privacy terms.
If we add analytics or support tools later, each partner will be named here and data sharing will be limited to what they need to operate.
Age requirement
Yume TV: Recipe is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal details from children. If a minor entered data by mistake, contact us through the app store support channel and we will help with removal where possible.
Retention and security
Your saved recipes, notes, and meal plans stay under your control on your device. Delete individual entries inside the app or uninstall to clear local storage entirely.
We apply reasonable safeguards to pages and server-side components we operate. No system is perfectly secure — treat deeply personal dietary notes with the same care you would a private kitchen journal.
Your choices
You may stop using Yume TV: Recipe at any time. Disable notifications or revoke optional permissions in iOS Settings for a quieter experience.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information we handle directly, use the developer contact listed on the app store page.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this text as Yume TV: Recipe evolves or as legal requirements shift. The date above marks the latest meaningful update. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated version where permitted by law.
